When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. However 99% of orders are shipped within 3-5 days of payment.

When will I receive my items?
Shipping times range from 1-2 days to 2-4 weeks depending on product availability and customizations. Please reach out to us via the link above and we'll happily track down your order and let you know! 

Will my items be sent in 1 package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any questions, reach out at the link above to let us know! 

What is your return policy?
Most items have a 45-day refund policy. We realize it takes some time to get your order delivered so we try to be as flexible as possible. If you need help please send us a support ticket. Our #1 goal is keeping our customers happy!
